BIG STICKY NOTE HERE: I am not accepting books for review at this time. My dance card is full.
What I will read/review
I feel that I am a pretty eclectic reader but there are some genres that I enjoy without question:
- Nonfiction-including memoirs, biographies, memoirs, history, artifacts, politics, decorating, cookbooks, & crafts
- Fiction-including historical, mysteries, thrillers, and adore European Crime & Steampunk.
I stay away from Romance, Westerns, and most Young Adult books.
I have an average of 2000 pageviews a month, with 203 subscribers last time I checked.
I prefer e-books, but am open to other formats.
About me and the way that I work
I get excited about books and their publishers and the more I like them, the more I am willing to go to bat for them. I will do all that I can to get the word out there. You let me know what you need and I am there for you.
Contact me with any questions or offers at firstname.lastname@example.org. I live for books.

This blog is a personal blog written and edited by me. For questions about this blog, please contact email@example.com. (This means that I do this all by my little old self. If it sucks, my bad.)
This blog accepts forms of cash advertising, sponsorship, paid insertions or other forms of compensation. (This means that, like many bloggers, I use affiliate links. They cost you nada and make me a penny or two)
The compensation received will never influence the content, topics or posts made in this blog. All advertising is in the form of advertisements generated by a third party ad network. Those advertisements will be identified as paid advertisements. (This means that those really obvious ads that you see are indeed ads and that I am not under the influence. I could be, but not right at this moment.)
The owner of this blog is compensated to provide opinion on products, services, websites and various other topics. Even though the owner(s) of this blog receives compensation for our posts or advertisements, we always give our honest opinions, findings, beliefs, or experiences on those topics or products. The views and opinions expressed on this blog are purely the bloggers’ own. Any product claim, statistic, quote or other representation about a product or service should be verified with the manufacturer, provider or party in question. (This means that someone may be paying for my time, but they can’t shut me up. They can give me a book, but they can’t make me like it. They can take our land, but they can’t take our freedom. Oh, that was a movie. I am always honest with my opinion. If you smell bad, I am not going to tell you that you smell like roses, for example.)
This blog does not contain any content which might present a conflict of interest. (This might technically untrue. I should be doing laundry or cleaning right now and I am not. I call that a conflict of interest, it just isn’t your interest.)
And so readers, this ends this little post to make the FTC happy. Move right along………
