Show Your Love of Books ~ Inspired by Books Edition

by Gwen

Ack, Christmas is coming! Now, as much as I would love to give everyone books, that just isn’t going to fly with most of them. Don’t get me wrong, a few of them can read….they just haven’t found the joy of reading like you and I have.

Never one to give up the ghost, I am shopping for gifts that they will actually use & appreciate, but are still true to my innate bookishness. How about gifts that were inspired by books? Yeah, that sounds like a plan.

Secrets Body Spray Inspired by The Thirteenth Tale, by Latherati, $8

I just have to say this, Latherati is the coolest etsy store ever! Every one of their bath & items are inspired by books.

What sort of things are you wrapping up for your less than bookish gift recipients?

  1. I love that book print – it’s beautiful! I continue to get people books for Christmas presents, but I think I’ve gotten pretty good and picking out ones that they will like. My dad is the trickiest one, but I think I got one this year already that he’ll enjoy.

  2. I bought two books for Christmas gifts. But I also bought more books for myself. Does that cancel out my good intentions?

  3. That’s awesome. I love that first item. I give books anyway. It’s what I do… 😉

  4. Buying books, whether for thy self or others, never cancels out good intentions. It is like a big contribution to world peace and hugs.

  5. We share the same diseases, the love of books and hope:)

  6. Gwen,

  7. Connie! So glad that you stopped by. I mixed up a new sourdough start using your recipe:)
