Welcome to the new home of Chew & Digest Books! I got a wild idea to make the switch to WordPress the other night. side note: ideas born of insomnia at 3 AM are seldom good ones. I am still working out the kinks and such.

If any of you are wordpress users and have favorite sites for hints & tips, I would REALLY appreciate them.

  3. I enjoyed The Man Who Loves Books Too Much. It was an interesting tale of rare books and the lengths people will go to, to posses them.

  11. I have very much enjoyed Nancy and Lawrence Goldstone’s non-fiction titles about books(Used and Rare was my favorite). Thank you for pointing out his fiction title. That is going to have to go on the wish list.

  13. You had a very productive week. I only finished one review and have lots more to do. I have to say I still like to read better than review. Have a great week.

  15. I hope you like Anatomy of Deception better than I did. I couldn’t finish it. I usually love that type of period mystery, but for some reason that one left me cold. Too slow moving for me, I think.

You’ve got a few titles on here that are new to me-I’ll have to check them out. Have a great week!

  17. I thoroughly enjoyed The Friday Night Knitting Club, as well as House Rules.

    Irish Gilt sounds intriguing…

When I first went to Word Press, I got a lot of hands-on help from Sheila, at Book Journey.

I have eight Word Press blogs, and have learned more from other bloggers (like Sheila) than those support sites (which were written in that special geek language!).

I like things explained in steps that I can visualize.
